Patient Guide
Everything you would rather know beforehand
Most anxiety about dentistry comes from not knowing the sequence. This page sets out the sequence, the preparation, the aftercare and the costs.
Your first visit
Six steps, start to finish
- 01
Booking & pre-visit call
We confirm your slot and note anything urgent so the right time is set aside for you.
- 02
Arrival & medical history
Fifteen minutes earlier than your appointment to complete a short health questionnaire.
- 03
Conversation first
Before any instrument, we ask what brought you in and what outcome matters to you.
- 04
Examination & imaging
Teeth, gums, bite and joints assessed, with digital radiographs or a CBCT scan if indicated.
- 05
Findings on screen
We review your images together and explain what we see in plain language.
- 06
