Our philosophy of care

We take longer at the beginning than most clinics do. A first consultation runs forty-five minutes because a scan, a bite assessment and a proper conversation cannot be compressed into fifteen.

That time is not ceremony. It is where the difference between a restoration that lasts fifteen years and one that fails in three is decided — bone volume, occlusal load, gum biotype, medical history, and what the patient actually wants.

We also say no. If an implant is not the right answer, or if a tooth can be saved rather than replaced, we tell you that even when the conservative option earns the practice less.

Every plan leaves the clinic in writing, itemised, with alternatives listed. Nothing is booked under pressure on the day of consultation.
